UPDATE: April. 6. 2010.
* Some users are experiencing problems after uninstalling our ap, and or having their start up run through a check disk at boot. Here is the safest solution we've found to date in order to make sure you resolve your PC back to a normal boot sequence.

You can also manually modify your registry key (shown in the tutorial to the value) - look at the picture(s) if the tutorial for help.

Click START (in windows)
Click RUN
type in 'REGEDIT'
Now you'll see your registry files, feel free to simply go through relevant folders and anywhere you see WorkStationOptimizer you can erase the folder. This should fully remove any left over files that may still persist.

UPDATE: Nov. 1. 2009.
* We have now made it easier to register your optimizer. Instead of using a license key that gets emailed to you, you will now simply type in your email that you used when purchasing to unlock the software.

**If you are still using our older version, you are still ok and the program will still function normally. You can also simply uninstall the current version, download the newest version here, and use your email address instead of your license key to unlock the software this time (this will ensure that you have the newest version).

Uninstalling & Troubleshooting defrag/start up issues.
* We have also created a 'cleanup' file, that will help those that have defrag problems or uninstall issues with the software. We've noticed this seems to affect random machines without a known cause. Simply CLICK HERE AND RUN THIS PROGRAM to clean any left over files, or to stop any defrag when you start your machine.

Q I downloaded it, installed it, and it won't let me do a scan??
Our software relies on administrator privileges, simply right click on the WorkStation OPtimizer icon on your desktop, and choose 'run as', then 'administrator'. This will allow you to demo the trial scan for the registry cleaner and spyware killer.

Q How do I download and install the software?
Step 1: CLICK HERE to download and install our software. Once you are ready, simply register to get your license and key. Once you have your key, you can unlock the software and start using it asap.

Q I have tried to put the key into the box, to complete the transaction, but it keeps bringing me to the order page (the one that told me how many threats I had). I do not want to get charged again, but I can not register. Help!

Hello, let's try this together:

1. Start the workstation optimizer (the one on your computer that is already installed, go to 'start/programs/workstationoptimizer.
2. When the program starts up, on the top right corner you should see a 'register' button.
3. This should bring you to the screen with the unlock box.
4. Simply type in the same email you used when you purchased, and click 'UNLOCK'. << That should be it!

Q Will this work on my machine?
Yes, the WorkStation OPtimizer works on all windows machines including Vista and server versions.

Q I've never used one of these before - what if I get lost or don't know how to use it?
No problem! First of all - Our software is VERY easy to use. The interface is very intuitive and self explanatory so you literally cannot get lost. To make sure you understand every single function in full detail, we also have a full color illustrated help file available by clicking here.

Q What if I run the software and it doesn't fix my errors or it makes things worse?
Great question: Our software comes with it's own restore point settings and backs up every step for you so that you can back-track your troubleshooting. It's very rare that changes will take a turn for the worse however just incase they do - you'll be able to revert to your last working restore point safely and easily.

Q So what do I need in order for this to work?
You will need a Windows operating system, and an internet connection, that's it!

Q What if I'm not happy with the performance? Can I get my money back?
We know how important this is to you, it's your workstation and it's sensitive! If for any reason you are not satisfied with our optimizer, you will be able to return it for a full 100% refund for 60 whole days. Even if it's the 59th day!

Please follow these instructions to properly download and install the WorkStation Optimizer...

1. This page automatically pops open a window, where you will see one of the following two screens (depening on whether you are using Internet Explorer or FireFox).

2. When the Run/Save dialague box appears, click RUN or SAVE.

3. You may have to choose a folder to download the file into, some browsers will download and then show you a download tab - either way, save the file to your machine - OR - run it right from the server. This is a .exe file and will only work with Windows (NOT MAC). Wait until the file is completely downloaded.

4. Close all applications including your internet browser, locate the downloaded file, and open it. Follow the on screen installation until you are complete.

5. Go to your 'Start' icon in Windows, and you'll notice 'New Programs' installed when you highlight the 'programs' tab. Select the 'WorkStation OPtimizer' program, and that's it!
